Privacy Policy

Private by design

Flightdeck stores your account settings, drafts, scheduled posts, performance metrics, watchlists, audience notes, and encrypted X OAuth tokens in a Google Firebase project. X tokens are encrypted with Cloud KMS before storage and are never included in exports or backups. API keys you provide on the BYOK plan are encrypted the same way and are never shown again after saving. Flightdeck contains no advertising or tracking telemetry.

What is shared with providers

• Google Gemini receives your prompt, selected voice samples, and relevant stored context when you request an AI draft or analysis.
• X receives the necessary data when you explicitly connect an account, sync, search, or publish.
• RevenueCat and Stripe process subscription payments. Flightdeck never sees or stores your card details.
• Google Firebase/Cloud hosts authentication, data, and functions. Each provider processes requests under its own terms.

Retention and control

You can export your data as JSON or permanently delete your profile in Settings at any time. Private recovery backups run daily and are retained for 35 days. Operational notifications expire after 90 days; assistant chats, worker runs, and the usage ledger after 180 days; inspiration searches after 30 days. If your subscription ends, your data is retained so you can resume by resubscribing, or you can delete it entirely.
